No. An operator's mindset matters far more than a low handicap. The systems handle the golf; you run the business.
What's the footprint and bay count?

Can I own this semi-absentee?
The model is lean, but it isn't passive. It's built to reduce complexity while keeping the owner accountable for the member experience and local growth.
Is financing available?
Many franchise buyers use SBA or third-party lending. We can point you toward options, but terms and approval are between you and your lender.
How long from signing to opening?
