Scramblers Golf, LLC · Effective July 15, 2026 · Last updated July 15, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
Scramblers Golf, LLC ("Scramblers Golf," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at scramblersgolf.com (the "Site"), along with related membership, booking, and customer communications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Policy applies to visitors and members of the Site, to individuals who sign up for or manage a Scramblers Golf membership (including through our scheduling and membership partner, USchedule), and to anyone who accesses Scramblers Golf services through a third-party mobile application that links to this Policy as its privacy notice. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three general categories:
2.1 Membership & Account Information
When you sign up for or manage a Scramblers Golf membership — whether directly with us or through our scheduling and membership management platform, USchedule — we (and/or USchedule on our behalf) collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Membership type, status, start date, and renewal/expiration date
- Booking, tee-time, and attendance/check-in history
- Billing address associated with your membership account
2.2 Payment Information
Payment card and billing transaction data is collected and processed directly by USchedule and its payment processor(s), not by Scramblers Golf. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card number. We may receive limited transaction metadata from USchedule (such as payment status, amount, and date) for bookkeeping and membership administration purposes.
2.3 Website Usage Information
When you browse the Site, our web hosting infrastructure and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, and approximate date/time of access. See Section 7 for details on cookies and similar technologies.
2.4 Information You Provide Directly
If you contact us through a contact form, email, or phone (for example, with a question about membership or an event), we collect whatever information you choose to include in that communication, such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you — when you fill out a form, sign up for membership, or contact us.
- From USchedule — our third-party membership and scheduling platform, which collects and stores membership, booking, and payment-related data on our behalf and shares relevant account information with us so we can operate the Services.
- Automatically — through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies when you use the Site.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Create, administer, and support your Scramblers Golf membership
- Process bookings, tee times, renewals, and related scheduling
- Communicate with you about your membership, billing, facility updates, or events
- Respond to inquiries, requests, or customer service issues
- Maintain accurate business, financial, and membership records
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your membership or payment data for third-party advertising purposes.
6. Third-Party Services (USchedule)
Scramblers Golf uses USchedule as its membership management, scheduling, and payment processing platform. When you register for or manage a membership, book a tee time, or make a payment, your information is collected and processed by USchedule under USchedule's own privacy policy and terms of service, in addition to this Policy. We encourage you to review USchedule's privacy policy directly at their website for details on how USchedule collects, stores, and secures your data.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy or data-handling practices of USchedule or any other third-party platform, but we select service providers that we reasonably believe maintain appropriate safeguards for personal information.
If you accessed this Privacy Policy from within a USchedule mobile application or any other third-party application used to manage your Scramblers Golf membership, this Policy governs the personal information Scramblers Golf itself collects and controls; the application provider's own privacy policy governs its collection and handling of your data.

9. Data Retention
We retain membership, booking, and communication records for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support renewals, resolve disputes, satisfy accounting/tax obligations, and comply with applicable law. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to any data retained by USchedule under its own retention practices.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, and we rely on service providers (including USchedule and its payment processor) that maintain their own security safeguards for the data they process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal or contractual exceptions
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (each email will include an unsubscribe option, or you can email us directly)
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 17. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
12. U.S. State Privacy Rights (CCPA & Others)
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah), you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. Scramblers Golf does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "opt-out of sale/sharing" mechanism required. To make a request under these laws, use the contact details in Section 17.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a minor holds or is included on a family/junior membership, the account and related information are managed by a parent or legal guardian who provides the required information on the minor's behalf. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us without consent should contact us using the details in Section 17.
14. Data Transfers & International Users
Scramblers Golf operates in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States (or by our service providers' U.S.-based infrastructure). If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction.
15. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond differently based on DNT signals.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email notification or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
17. Contact Us
